End User License Agreement — GigApp PH

This EULA applies specifically to GigApp PH and supplements our universal EULA.

1. License

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GigApp PH on Android devices that you own or control, for personal gig-tracking purposes only.

2. Permitted Use

GigApp PH is licensed for personal use by a single gig worker. Commercial resale, team use, or operating GigApp PH as a service to third parties is not permitted without a separate license.

3. AI Insights

AI-generated earnings insights are informational only and do not constitute tax, financial, or legal advice.

All other provisions from the universal EULA apply in full.
