By using any application ("App") published by Future @I LLC under the Future @I Philippines brand at ph.futureati.app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.1 You must provide real, accurate personal information when creating your account. Fake names, fake email addresses, or false information of any kind will result in immediate account termination.
1.2 Your account is personal to you. You may not share your account credentials, login session, or access with any other person. One account per person.
1.3 You must sign your agreement to these terms using your real legal name. Fake or fraudulent signatures void your account and any associated services.
2.1 You may not use this App or its AI features to request, generate, or facilitate any illegal content, activities, or information. This includes but is not limited to:
2.2 You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any safety features, content filters, or restrictions.
2.3 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of this App.
2.4 You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App unless explicitly authorized.
2.5 You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share this App or any of its content with third parties.
3.1 The AI features in this App are provided for lawful, legitimate purposes only. The AI will refuse requests that violate these terms or applicable law.
3.2 AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
3.3 Future @I LLC reserves the right to log AI interactions for safety, compliance, and quality improvement purposes.
4.1 Violations are handled as follows:
FIRST OFFENSE: Warning delivered in-app. Logged to account.
SECOND OFFENSE: Written warning via in-app notification and email. Account flagged for review.
THIRD OFFENSE: Account suspension or permanent ban at the sole discretion of Future @I LLC.
4.2 Future @I LLC may skip warning stages and immediately suspend or ban accounts for severe violations including illegal activity, threats, fraud, or platform abuse.
5.1 No refunds for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of these terms.
5.2 For purchases via GCash, Maya, or Google Play Billing, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case in accordance with the applicable payment provider's refund procedures.
6.1 Future @I LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
7.1 Your use of this App is also governed by our Privacy Policy and the Philippines Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173).
8.1 This App, including all code, designs, AI models, content, and features, is the exclusive property of Francisco Ricardo Preciado JR, operating as Future @I LLC.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this App in accordance with these terms and the End User License Agreement.
9.1 The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.2 Future @I LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9.3 AI-generated content may contain errors. Future @I LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, except where the Philippines Consumer Act or Data Privacy Act grants mandatory protections to Philippines-resident users, in which case those provisions apply.
11.1 Future @I LLC reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified and must accept updated terms to continue using the service.
