End User License Agreement — VisaKapatid

This EULA applies specifically to VisaKapatid and supplements our universal EULA.

1. License

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VisaKapatid on Android devices that you own or control, for personal visa, document, and family-communication purposes only.

2. Document Handling

VisaKapatid stores scanned documents on-device with AES-256 encryption. Loss of the device without prior encrypted backup may permanently render documents inaccessible. Licensor has no technical means to recover them.

3. Not Legal Advice

VisaKapatid's AI features, checklists, and reminders are informational only. They do NOT constitute immigration, legal, or visa-application advice. Confirm all requirements with POEA, DMW, the relevant embassy, and destination-country authorities.

4. Family Accounts

Connecting family members creates a personal communication link between consenting individuals. Licensor does not store or read end-to-end encrypted messages.

All other provisions from the universal EULA apply in full.
