- App usage analytics (features used, session duration)
- Error logs and crash reports
- GPS location — only during active gig tracking sessions, only with your permission. Location data stays on-device for mileage computation and is never shared with advertisers.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Contact lists or phone book data
- Messages, SMS, or call logs
- Photos or media (unless you explicitly attach them)
- Bank account numbers (payment processing handled by GCash, Maya, Google Play Billing)
2. How We Use GigApp PH Data
- To calculate your earnings, expenses, and mileage
- To generate weekly and monthly reports
- To provide AI-powered insights on your gig performance
- To detect unusual activity and protect your account
3. Data Storage
Gig and earnings data are stored locally on your device using AES-256 encryption. If you enable cloud backup, encrypted snapshots are transmitted over TLS 1.3 to Future @I servers and retained until you delete your account.
