Terms of Service — GigApp PH

These terms apply specifically to GigApp PH and supplement our universal Terms of Service.

1. App Purpose

GigApp PH is a personal earnings, expense, and mileage tracker for gig workers in the Philippines. It is not an employment platform, not a payroll processor, and does not represent any gig marketplace (Grab, Lalamove, Shopee, Foodpanda, etc.).

2. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the earnings, tips, and expense entries you record. GigApp PH's AI insights and reports are informational only and do not substitute for professional tax or financial advice.

3. Tax and Regulatory Compliance

GigApp PH does not file taxes on your behalf. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable BIR regulations and any platform-specific obligations.

4. GPS Mileage Tracking

Mileage tracking uses device GPS only while actively recording a shift. You can disable location access in your device settings; doing so disables mileage features.

5. Third-Party Integrations

If you enable automatic import from gig marketplaces, you authorize GigApp PH to access data you provide for that integration. We do not sell or share this data.

6. Payments and Refunds

Subscription payments are processed by GCash, Maya, or Google Play Billing. Refunds follow the payment provider's refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
